Because this is my plain uncensored tell it as it is fast weight loss tip story. The ups and the downs, what stuff didn’t work and finally the one thing that helped me achieve my goal of shedding weight and keeping those pounds off.

I was getting older, certainly no more spring chicken and piling on the pounds. After the children were born my shape had changed and giving up smoking hadn’t helped. It seemed to creep up on me all of a sudden. I was overweight , my doctor said obese. It was horrible. I was sad and a little ashamed that I had allowed this to happen to myself. One of the first things I came across in my search for a fast weight loss tip was a site by Dr Suzanne about her fat loss secret. I must say a I have not bought this product and I tell you why in an earlier post. It was then I found the thing that caused me to create my fast weight loss tip site. I finally found what worked for my weight loss through an entirely different route . I hope you’re ready for this.

I found I got some really good results from these books in various aspects of my life. But it took some hard graft.

When I really try to relax my body  feels  heavy and deeply relaxed. All of my anxiety, tension, and stress was swept away. I was able to separate my conscious and subconscious mind. I felt a wonderful experience of sedation or total weightlessness. I know it comes easily for some but for the first time in my life I could experience vivid visualizations, colors, and patterns

Hi Paula here with my first fast weight loss tip

I’ve literally lost count of the number of times I started a new weight loss  diet. It was usually the latest fad or magic  quick weight loss  secret. Sometimes I even managed to lose a few pounds but eventually the fat would come back. Why did I always end up fatter than when I started?

Here’s one of my free fast weight loss tips

I’d managed to give up smoking, a disgusting horrible habit I’m almost now ashamed to admit I started in my teens. So I knew I had the willpower if that’s what it took. Thinking about it giving up smoking was probably the thing that caused me to put on that extra flab in the first place. I wished I knew then what I know now. You don’t have to gain weight just because you give up smoking. 

I tried all the crappy diets, keep fit routines. I achieved fast weight loss but all with pathetic long term results. It came off but as soon as I relaxed the regime it all came back on and more.

Time was passing me by. Do you ever think time goes quicker as you get older. The days and weeks were merging and I was in danger of becoming old before I knew it. As I was getting older it seemed to get even more difficult to shed the pounds and lose weight fast.

 Something had to be done. I realised that I really wanted this now- I had to start losing weight and I had to start losing weight fast. It was essential for my self esteem,my relationships as well as my health.
